State Farm message left for customer
The following recording is an actual message left by a State Farm rep. She is telling the customer that the body shop that she chose is charging too much money. She then goes on to tell her to call them and that she can go to another shop if she wants. This is a slick way of trying to steer her to one of their contracted body shops (DRP)
