Car illegally towed by Southwest Auto and DPD knows what's going on
Do the City of Dallas – City Hall have full knowledge that tow truck companies are illegally towing cars?
Sgt. Chapin #8330 said that we should speak with our city councilman Adam McGough, Dallas City Council, District 10. Do the city have knowledge of this? Why is the City of Dallas not stripping these companies of their CO?
The car was towed District 10 to Omar Narvaez District 6. The car had a handicap tag on it. The tow company and 911 dispatch said that my the car was stolen. How many people in Dallas County are dealing with this?
